Random thought, I'm originally from Albuquerque and It's a a small town city with about 17,759 people. Homes are going for about $359,100 on average. You can expect to pay around $972 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Appreciate any input. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
