Been living here since 2009. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 17,759 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.
I've been here 8 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is solid.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Greenfield side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
