So, I'm a 49-year-old real estate agent and With a population of 44,984, Clermont is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 44,984 people. Homes are going for about $368,600 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are pretty good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Used to live on the Greenfield side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Miami it's solid.
