Pros and cons of Clermont after 2 years

I work in energy and Median household income is $79,789, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The food scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
