Just moved to Cleveland Heights, any tips?

Hi all, Poverty rate is 8.5%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,139/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
