Clever, MO Community

Relocating to Clever, MO -pros and cons?

We have two kids and Poverty rate is 4.6%, which is pretty low. With a population of 2,977, Clever is a small town. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? There's a real ...
