Best apartments in Clewiston under ?

Hello, Rent is about $729/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Charlotte it's improving.

Used to live on the Pine Hills side, now on the Meadowbrook side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.

Bought a house here in 2022 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to San Diego it's tough.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Oak Park area are solid. Kids love it here.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a accountant who relocated here from Charlotte about 11 years ago. The main reasons were school and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Decent public transit for the size

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Limited entertainment options

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are pricey, gas is challenging.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
