Commute times in Cliffside Park -how bad?

Curious what people think. Homes are going for about $577,200 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 12 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Maple Ridge side vs the Oak Park side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
