Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 25,580 people. You can expect to pay around $1,783 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Cliffside Park sits at 68.9 per 100K. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
