First post here. Rent is about $1,035/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $54,301 in Clifton. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in The Heights area are excellent. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2021 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
