I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 14.1%, which is around average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up.
