Best coffee shops in Clifton Heights?

Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Clifton Heights sits at 870.1 per 100K. Median household income is $69,940, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,191 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Pittsburgh it's surprisingly good.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is underrated in most areas.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if public transit matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 2 years ago from San Francisco and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in West. It's average for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in government. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 18 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 5 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The West side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
