Clifton housing prices -when will it stop?
So, I'm a 38-year-old electrician and There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs?

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.
I've been here 5 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cultural scene is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is average.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Uptown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
It's not for everyone but it works for us..
