Clifton is underrated, change my mind

First post here. Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $99,003 in Clifton. You can expect to pay around $1,658 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much manageable but now it's surprisingly good.
