Cheapest neighborhoods in Clinton?

Hello, I'm originally from Kansas City and Crime rate is something to consider -Clinton sits at 63.1 per 100K. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $224,100 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Affordable housing options
- The walkability scene is decent

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
