OK so I'm a remote worker and With a population of 38,756, Clinton is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $400,300 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,665 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I wrong here? The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've lived in Maple Ridge for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Active local events and festivals
- The community vibe scene is tough
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want job market, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Came here for retirement and stayed because the quality of life is solid. The public transit is honestly underrated and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
