Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $400,300 on average. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,665/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $120,967 in Clinton. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
