Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,665/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,665 for rent here. Median household income is $120,967, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
