Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 4 years and Rent is about $1,665/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $400,300 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What are your go-to spots? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
