Just moved to Clinton, any tips?

Random thought, Been living here since 2012. It's a a smaller city city with about 38,756 people. The median home value here is around $400,300, which is pretty steep. With a population of 38,756, Clinton is a smaller city. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

Moved here from San Diego about 8 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to nightlife but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
