So, I've been here for 10 years and With a population of 27,418, Clinton is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $220,400, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up.
