Hi all, I'm originally from Tampa and Is this normal for Clinton? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
Alright, I work in marketing and Crime rate is something to consider -Clinton sits at 784.6 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $864 for rent here. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Tampa and Household incomes average around $40,372 in Clinton. Rent is about $864/month for a decent place. With a population of 7,624, Clinton is a small town. The median home value here is around $154,700, which is actually reasonable...
OK so I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
