Is it worth buying in Clinton?

I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Hot take but it's improved dramatically in recent years. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.
