Cloquet housing prices -when will it stop?
Been living here since 2011. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Raleigh about 10 years ago. The main reasons were my partner's job and retirement.
Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Close to major attractions
- Affordable housing options
Cons that are real:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are wild, gas is solid.
