Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $200,100 on average. Poverty rate is 11.1%, which is around average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
