OK so Poverty rate is 11.1%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $200,100 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Sunset area are decent. Kids love it here.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The traffic is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
