I work in logistics and It's a a small town city with about 12,582 people. Rent is about $978/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $200,100 on average. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
