Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 6.4%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $820,100, which is pretty steep. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
