What's it really like living in Clover?

First post here. Homes are going for about $236,100 on average. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $236,100, which is actually reasonable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've lived in The Heights for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Four distinct seasons
- Affordable housing options
- The job market scene is improving

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..
