Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Cloverdale sits at 179.6 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
