Housing market in Clovis — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $453,300. Prices are steep but there are pockets of affordability. For those renting, typical rent is $1662.
Is now a good time to buy in Clovis? Or better to keep renting?
Looking for opinions from both homeowners and renters.

Weather is the biggest factor for us. Four seasons are nice, not too extreme either way.

Rent tip: look for places in January-February. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Good summary. I'd rate it higher personally — maybe 9/10.

The job market has been improving lately. Several logistics companies moved in recently.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

I've lived in Northside for 10 years and it's still one of the best decisions I made.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is the west side tends to be more affordable. Makes a big difference.
