The truth about Clovis — honest review
Been a Clovis resident for 2 years. Here's my honest take:
Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good schools
- Reasonable housing
Cons:
- Summer heat is intense
- Property taxes are high
Overall I'd rate it 7/10. It's not perfect but it works for our family.

If you can afford it, Eastside is the best place to live. Period.

Great post! One thing I'd mention is check out the local Facebook groups for neighborhood info. Makes a big difference.
