I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $947 for rent here. Homes are going for about $160,000 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
