Hello, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,153 people. The median home value here is around $160,000, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
