Relocating to Clovis, NM -pros and cons?
Alright, I work in media and Crime rate is something to consider -Clovis sits at 673.8 per 100K. With a population of 38,153, Clovis is a smaller city. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
