The good and bad of living in Clute

I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $251,100 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Moved here from Seattle about 7 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to public transit but Definitely worth checking out..

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Downtown area are challenging. Kids love it here.
