Most overrated things about Clyde Hill

Rent is about $3,501/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 3,104 people. With a population of 3,104, Clyde Hill is a small town. Household incomes average around $250,001 in Clyde Hill. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to New York it's decent.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
