Cheapest neighborhoods in Clyde?

It's a a small town city with about 3,899 people. The median home value here is around $150,600, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Clyde sits at 25.9 per 100K. Homes are going for about $150,600 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I've been living here for 10 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The dating scene is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
