Quick question about Coachella

Hi all, Median household income is $67,558, which feels about average for the area. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Came here for weather and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The housing market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
