Top 5 things I love about Coatesville

Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 20s, and You can expect to pay around $1,464 for rent here. Household incomes average around $57,323 in Coatesville. Crime rate is something to consider -Coatesville sits at 996.9 per 100K. Median household income is $57,323, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'm a HR manager and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I work in legal here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is underrated. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value pet-friendliness, you'll love it. The pet-friendliness is genuinely better than expected and I've found I love the pace of life here. My neighborhood (Lakewood) is stable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. weather is completely different here. And Limited high-paying job options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
