Cobden is underrated, change my mind

I've been here for 9 years and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
