OK so Rent is about $1,555/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
