Job market in Cocoa Beach for tech?

My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 11,341 people. Median household income is $82,381, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What are your go-to spots? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The public transit is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've lived in Greenfield for about 1 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- The housing market scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for couples. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've lived in Eastside for about 14 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Active local events and festivals
- The cost of living scene is tough

The downsides:
- Limited shopping options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Good luck with whatever you decide..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
