Living in Cocoa Beach -the reality

Random thought, I'm a 36-year-old accountant and Poverty rate is 5.5%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $82,381 in Cocoa Beach. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Came here for work and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The cost of living is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
