Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. With a population of 19,330, Cocoa is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 15 years ago from Miami and here's my honest breakdown:
Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Downtown. It's improving for what you get.
Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in legal you might struggle.
People: Generally average. It took about 17 months to build a solid friend group.
Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Asian.
