Quick question about Cocoa

Hey everyone, I'm single, late 50s, and Homes are going for about $215,700 on average. Household incomes average around $56,553 in Cocoa. The median home value here is around $215,700, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Cocoa? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are affordable. You get used to it after the first year.
