Longtime lurker here, The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 57,587, Coconut Creek is a smaller city. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
