Hey everyone, We're a young couple and It's a a smaller city city with about 57,587 people. Rent is about $2,011/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
