Been meaning to ask this. I've been here for 7 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 57,587 people. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
