Hey folks, I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $68,676, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,039 for rent here. Poverty rate is 8.0%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
